It's time to get away from it all and visit the beach!

SeaNesta is the perfect beach cottage, with a touch of luxury for you and your family!  This stylish, newly renovated condo is one side of a duplex, right across the street from the beach in Gulf Shores. Skip the crowded complexes!  With direct beach access and use of two pools, your family will make lasting memories at this prime getaway!

THE SPACE:  Step inside and you know you have reached your happy place!  You will enjoy the spacious open floor plan with a fully stocked kitchen.  We have both a Keurig and a regular coffee pot to enjoy your morning coffee. The dining area has seating for four. Need to relax? The living room has a sleeper sofa, chair and recliner to enjoy, along with a flat screen, smart TV.  This condo comfortably sleeps 6. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, smart TV and an ensuite master bathroom.  The guest bedroom has a queen bed, smart TV, and private entry to the guest bathroom.  Guest bath can also be accessed through the living area. If needed, there is a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience!  Enjoy evenings on the patio while taking in the Gulf Shores evenings. Two car, paid parking is available right under the unit and is included in your rental. You have free WIFI and the ease of keyless entry.

THE PROPERTY:  You have access to two fenced pools, one right outside the condo, and another beachside pool across the street. Gulf Village lagoon side shares amenities with Gulf Village beachside.  Beachside amenities include the pool, private beach access, picnic areas and charcoal grills.

THE AREA:  You will be in the heart of Gulf Shores, conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment and shopping. Visit The Wharf in Orange Beach or Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley. Catch a thrill on the rides at OWA Amusement Park. Local activities and attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA waterpark.  Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels.  Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding and nature trails, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, golfing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.  Whatever your choice of entertainment, Gulf Village is sure to be a winner with the family!

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00 %) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
