The living room has a sectional sofa, large 55" smart TV and a slider which opens to your balcony with stunning views of the pool and beach. The master suite has a smart TV, with an ensuite bath. Newly renovated, the master bath has a large step in shower with seamless glass surround, double vanities, and plenty of storage. Separate from the other bedrooms, you will enjoy privacy when needed along with private balcony access. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two full size beds. Each guest bedroom has a TV and a vanity with lights, mirror and sink. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is conveniently located next to the two guest bedrooms. The cpmdp has tile floors throughout, a full-size washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi. You will also enjoy contactless arrival and departure along with keyless entry---no need to keep track of keys!

THE PROPERTY: Indulge yourself at Romar House, with first class amenities for all to enjoy This gated, direct beachfront complex has that resort feel sprinkled with palm trees! The beach is what it's all about and a minutes' walk is all it takes to enjoy our beautiful white sand beach. Beach service is provided in season. On your way back in, an outdoor shower is provided to wash sand away. This complex features a gulf front outdoor pool with a swim up gazebo and a separate lap pool. Relax on the large sunning deck with ample lounge chairs. A grilling area with several barbeque pits and tables is provided. Two lighted tennis courts are located next to the Exercise Center, which features fitness machines, weights, sauna, and convenient restrooms. The property is gated, monitored by cameras and has onsite security.

THE AREA: If you venture out enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley or SanRoc Cay in Orange Beach. Check out The Wharf for wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theater. Catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park. Local attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Bring extra if staying more than a couple of days. *Parking of boats, trailers, jet skis, or campers is not allowed at Romar House. *You must be 25 years of age to rent. Proof of age is required to confirm rental. *No Pets. *No Parties. *Non-smoking property, including in the unit, balcony and property.
