The dining room table has seating for six and two at the bar. The living room has a large sectional sofa, a smart TV, and balcony access. The master bedroom is separate from the other bedrooms and has balcony access, a king bed, smart TV and an ensuite bath with double, separate vanities and a tub/shower combo. The second and third bedrooms each have queen beds, smart TV's and a vanity and sink. The guest bath has a walk-in shower. The condo has tile floors throughout, a full-size washer and dryer, and free Wi-Fi. You will enjoy contactless arrival and departure along with keyless entry---no need to keep track of keys!

THE PROPERTY: Indulge yourself at Romar House, with first class amenities for all to enjoy This gated, direct beachfront complex has that resort feel sprinkled with palm trees! The beach is what it's all about and a minutes' walk is all it takes to enjoy our beautiful white sand beach. Beach service is provided in season. On your way back in, an outdoor shower is provided to wash sand away. This complex features a gulf front outdoor pool with a swim up gazebo and a separate lap pool. Relax on the large sunning deck with ample lounge chairs. A grilling area with several barbeque pits and tables is provided. Two lighted tennis courts are located next to the Exercise Center, which features fitness machines, weights, sauna, and convenient restrooms. The property is gated, monitored by cameras and has onsite security.

THE AREA: If you venture out enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley or SanRoc Cay in Orange Beach. Check out The Wharf for wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and the AMC 15 Movie Theater. Catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park. Local attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA water park! Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding, trails and nature watching, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.

*REQUIRED SECURITY HOLD: A $500 credit card hold is initiated the day before arrival and is released three days after departure if there are no reported damages to the condo.
*Two parking passes provided, one is an assigned covered parking space, the second pass is for the open lot. Max 2 vehicles.
*A starter set of paper supplies are provided. Bring extra if staying more than a couple of days.
*Parking of boats, trailers, jet skis, or campers is not allowed at Romar House.
*You must be 25 years of age to rent. Proof of age is required to confirm rental.
*No Pets. *No Parties. *Non-smoking property, including in the unit, balcony and property.
