The Caribe, located in beautiful Orange Beach is a resort destination situated on a secluded 30-acre peninsula just east of the Perdido Pass. With 4 bedrooms and 3-1/2 baths, this newly updated condo has an incredible wrap around balcony which offers stunning views of the bay.

THE SPACE: Caribe 802C is a spacious condo featuring high ceilings and tile throughout. The beautiful floor to ceiling windows in the living room offer spectacular views of the bay. Enjoy the spacious living room with plenty of seating and a large flat screen smart TV. This gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliance and is fully stocked with both a Keurig and a regular coffee maker. There is more room on the wet bar featuring a sink and a wine fridge! Dining is a pleasure with seating for 8 at the table and 5 at the large bar. The oversized balcony has room for the entire family, and you will never get tired of soaking in the water views! Our laundry room features a full-size washer and dryer, along with a wash sink. Cable and Wi-Fi are complimentary.

RESORT AMENITIES: Head to the beautiful white sand beaches which are a short 7 minute walk, or for your convenience, Caribe offers a beach trolley service with two new trolleys, Dora and Nemo. The trolleys run year-round and can be scheduled and reserved in advance. Additional amenities: 24-hour guarded entry gate, 980 foot lazy river, 3 outdoor tiered saltwater pools, two of which are zero entry, 9 outdoor hot tubs, 2 outdoor water slides, 1 outdoor kiddie water slide, 3 indoor heated saltwater pools, 3 indoor hot tubs, 2 wet saunas, 2 dry saunas, fishing docks, outdoor BBQ area, Bocce ball court, pickle ball court, 3 lighted tennis courts, putting green, new mini golf course, state of the art fitness centers in each building, community arcade, gift shop, vending machines, beach service for a fee in season, and boat slips available for rent through the full service Caribe Marina. As a guest at the Caribe, you can receive 10% off your private charters, jet ski rentals, kayak rentals, tiki boat charter, dolphin cruises, and more! There is free wireless internet available throughout property. Cobalt Restaurant is located on-site and there is also a deli located in the D tower.

Boat slip and trailer rentals are available to guests. Proof of registration and insurance are required at the front desk. Rental fees are paid directly to the Caribe Resort and are subject to change without notice.

*Parking passes are purchased onsite after arrival. *Max 2 vehicles. *One parking space is assigned and covered, the other is a communal non-numbered parking space. *Must be 25 years of age to reserve, proof of age is required. *No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. *No pets. *No parties. *No oversized trucks, RVs, campers, boats or trailers allowed on property. *A starter set of paper products is provided. *Beach towels are not provided.
