GET SANDY @ Gulf House 206!! This 2/2 corner unit sleeps 6 comfortably, has two balconies and is BEACH FRONT in Gulf Shores. Treat yourself to a little luxury in this fully renovated coastal condo! With only 36 units, and 6 units per floor, you will enjoy this low density, family friendly complex. This unit is listed for sale and there could be showing requests during your visit.

THE SPACE: Welcome to our condo! The modern kitchen has updated cabinetry, counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans and cooking utensils! We provide both a Keurig and a drip coffee pot. There is seating for 3 at the bar and 6 at the dining room table. The living room has a sofa, recliner, and a large flat screen TV. The living room and the master bedroom both have balconies. The master bedroom has a KING bed, smart TV and an ensuite bathroom featuring a stand-up shower. The master bath is small but functional with a stand-up shower. The guest bedroom has TWIN BUNKS AND a QUEEN bed, along with a smart TV, and is located next to the hall bath. The hall bath features a stand-up shower. Both bedrooms are decorated with coastal art, lamps, and bedding. The unit has a washer but does NOT have a dryer. A clean, credit card operated laundry center with washers and dryers is located on each floor. There is a QR code to download an app which you can use to securely upload a credit card and pay. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is unique to each unit and not shared with other guests. All TVs are smart TVs and do not include cable or local channels. Guests may login to their own streaming/cable services through the TV's many apps. The condo is on the second floor and can be accessed by the stairs or elevator.

*Must be 25 to rent, proof of age is required. *Non-smoking unit. *No pets allowed. * No parties. *Paid parking, max 2 vehicles per condo. Parking pass must be displayed at all times while parked on the property. *No boats or trailers allowed on property. *A starter set of paper towels/toilet paper provided, bring extra if staying more than a couple of days.

THE PROPERTY: At Gulf House, YOU ARE BEACHFRONT without the crowds!! Spend your days enjoying our beautiful beach, watching the waves and soaking in the sun! With only 36 units, you won't miss beach time waiting on the elevator! You are located just steps to the pool and beach! Beach service for chair and umbrella rental is available in season only. Tents are allowed, but must be setup behind the beach service. The complex has a beautiful, clean pool to splash in with plenty of tables and lounge chairs to relax in. When your day is done, wash away the sand with the convenient outdoor hose and shower. For the grill master in your family, there are commercial sized charcoal grills and picnic tables to use on a first-come first-serve basis! Parking is available onsite and half of it is covered, so you may choose any open spot. Located near the elevator, carts are available for unloading your luggage and groceries.

THE AREA: You will be in the heart of Gulf Shores, conveniently located near restaurants, entertainment, festivals and shopping. Visit The Wharf in Orange Beach or Tanger Mall Outlet stores in Foley. Catch a thrill on the rides at OWA Amusement Park. Local activities and attractions include mini golf, go-kart track, the Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo and Waterville USA waterpark. Drive to Pensacola and tour the Naval Air Museum or plan to watch the Blue Angels. Visit the Gulf Shores State Park for bike riding and nature trails, swim in the gulf, go charter fishing, golfing, jet skiing, or take in a dolphin cruise.
