THE LAYOUT:
The condo is 2-bedroom, 2-bath, comfortably sleeps 6!
•Master Bedroom: king size bed - beach view balcony & private full-sized bathroom
•Guest Bedroom: queen size bed, full bath located in hall
•Living room: queen-size sofa bed
•Kitchen: Dining table that seats 4. 2 bar seats
**Roku TV in living rooms and bedrooms, no cable**

Full kitchen with refrigerator, stove, and dishwasher. Washer and dryer in unit. The unit comes stocked with dishes, glasses, utensils, cookware, linens and bath towels. Keurig and drip coffee maker available for use. BYO coffee.

Beach chairs, wagon, and tennis racquets available for use, but beach chair & umbrella rentals are available on the beach from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Enjoy! You have a nice view of the water from your balcony! Ice and vending are located on the first floor. Our family-friendly resort is gated and has 24-hour security. **We do not supply beach towels**

*Must be 25 to secure rental and proof of age is required. *No smoking in the unit or on the balcony. *No pets allowed. *No landline. (phone) in the unit. *No boats or trailers allowed on the property. *No parties. *Property has onsite security and surveillance cameras are in use on the property grounds. *A starter set of paper products are provided, bring extra if staying more than a couple of days.

Parking available onsite. Parking pass needs to be purchased for every stay. Parking for guests is $35 per vehicle for a parking pass. Parking passes must be displayed on front window at all times. We send info on how to purchase the pass prior to arrival.

THE PROPERTY: The grounds are extensive, so plan to spend time exploring. The resort has six outdoor pools, hot tubs, and bathhouses with restrooms. The Nest, attached to building 4, houses the indoor pool, hot tub, fitness room, sauna, and steam room. The Nest is only accessible by an access key card which is provided in the condo. Other amenities include tennis and basketball courts, horse-shoe pits, shuffleboard and putting green. Stroll down the boardwalk and enjoy the beautiful white sand beaches. Relax and spend your day exploring the beach, collecting shells or building sandcastles. In the summer chairs and umbrellas are available to rent on the beach. Convenient outdoor showers are provided to wash the sand away. Unwind in a nice swing or get fired up and grill for the family on the provided outdoor grills. Ice is available onsite to keep your drinks cool and vending for snacks. Excellent food selections await you at the onsite Sassy Bass Island Grill which services breakfast, lunch and dinner. THE AREA: Adventurers, you are only 20 minutes from Gulf Shores for restaurants, shopping, a water park, mini golf, go-kart track, zoo and beautiful public beaches. In Foley, explore Tanger Outlet Mall or head over to OWA Amusement Park and catch a thrill on any of the exciting rides. You are 15 minutes to historic Fort Morgan at the mouth of Mobile Bay. Fort Morgan has beaches, picnic grounds and a gift shop to explore. Book a deep sea fishing tour at Fort Morgan Marina. For golf enthusiast, the Kiva Dunes Golf Club and Kiva Dunes Restaurant are right next door. Located on the grounds is Sassy Bass restaurant which is unique and reasonably priced. They serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food and drinks are delicious, and the view is amazing! Just a 5-minute drive away in Fort Morgan is Tacky Jack's Restaurant. Located nearby is The Beach Club restaurant. Family-style dining, pizza and a small selection of grocery items are available at The Pines which is about a half mile away.
