The Mariner House is a custom, freshly renovated 4-bed, 3-bath home in the gated Palm Harbor community of Orange Beach. With over 2,500 sq ft, it’s designed for island living and offers prime amenities, including a deeded boat slip, deeded beach access, and trailer parking on a first-come, first-served basis and is dependent on available space.

Community amenities include a community boat dock on Cotton Bayou, an outdoor pool, a clubhouse with outdoor restrooms, tennis courts, deeded beach access, and a designated boat slip just for you! Fishing is permitted with a valid Alabama fishing license.

Palm Harbor is centrally located near restaurants, groceries, and shopping. The deeded boat slip offers direct access to Cotton Bayou and the surrounding waterways from Orange Beach to Perdido Key.
