Right across the street from deeded beach access and ideally located in Gulf Shores, you’re just steps from the sand and minutes from everything the area has to offer.

Inside, you’ll find a beautiful and cozy living area designed for comfort and relaxation. The living space features a plush sleeper sofa and chair—ideal for movie nights on the mounted TV after a sun-soaked day. The quartz-topped peninsula bar offers the perfect space for morning coffee or a casual dinner in.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, smooth-top electric stove/oven, and microwave. You’ll find all the essentials stocked and ready, including cookware, dishes, and utensils. While there’s no dishwasher, the efficient setup makes cleanup quick—so you can spend more time at the beach or exploring town.

The bedroom offers a king sized bed for a restful stay. Step out onto your private balcony deck to enjoy the Gulf breeze. Perfect for sunrise coffee or unwinding under the evening sky. The full bathroom includes fresh linens and a tub/shower combo.

There’s no washer and dryer inside the unit, but a well-maintained onsite laundry room is available for guest use. You’ll also have access to the community outdoor pool and grilling area. Great for relaxing afternoons and easy dinners.
