NOTE: There is a condo building under construction next door. As we have no control over another property, I cannot guarantee there will not be construction noise during the day. We apologize for the inconvenience! Also, the tennis court is under renovation and is closed. I will update this listing when it is updated.
This unit features wood look porcelain tile throughout and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There's room to relax in the spacious living area with a large flat screen television to enjoy. With the best views on the beach, the balcony with seating is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom and has seating for six, with four pub height chairs and two regular chairs. Our fully stocked kitchen has beautiful cabinets, granite and stainless-steel appliances. Store your groceries, snacks and beach items in the large pantry cabinets. Enjoy preparing your favorite meals on the large island. Everyone can sit to enjoy meals in the dining area with seating for six along with island seating for three. There's also a pub table for two for extra dining, playing family games or working a puzzle. With 3 large bedrooms there's room to accommodate your family of 10. The master has a king bed with a chair that opens to a twin bed. The master bathroom has granite, ship lap and a tub/shower combination. One guest bedroom has a king bed with a portable fold out twin bed, and the other has both a queen and a full-size bed. The guest bath has double vanity undermount sinks with marble counters and a tub/shower combination. The condo also has a full-size washer/dryer. You will love the keyless entry, no need to worry about keys!
The Phoenix VIII amenities include free wireless internet, separate indoor and outdoor pools, a kiddie pool, fitness room, hot tub and sauna, gazebo, barbeque grills, half-court basketball, pickle ball and lighted tennis court. Enjoy direct access to the beach. To keep sandy toes clean, there is an outdoor shower area on the boardwalk right at the entrance to the pool from the beach. For your convenience you have an ice machine and vending in the lobby. At a charge, an electric vehicle (EV) 40-amp dual-head fast charger is available located near the guest parking, close to the tennis court.
Explore the jetties at Perdido Pass, relax on the beach or lounge by the pool. Wind down your evening watching the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico then take advantage of the many local restaurants for dinner, Cobalt, Anchor Bar & Grill, Cosmos, GT's on the Bay, Big Fish, The Gulf or OSO at Bear Point. Enjoy shopping at Tanger Mall Outlet stores or San Roc Cay across the street. You are close to The Wharf where you will find wonderful shopping, restaurants, concerts and a movie theatre. Catch a thrill on the rides at the new OWA Amusement Park. Take advantage of local golf, parasailing, jet ski rentals, dolphin cruises, charter fishing and much more.
